The air conditioning at Holland High School is currently not working and temperatures have risen to the mid-80s inside the building. With outside temperatures being warmer tomorrow, we are going to cancel all events held inside HHS for Monday, June 17.
This includes:
- Summer Learning
- Sports Performance
- Volleyball Camp
- Basketball Camp
- Cross Country camp will still take place as scheduled.
Events in all other buildings will take place as scheduled.
Please stay cool and hydrated.
We will send out a message tomorrow about events for Tuesday.
This week, we talk with Athletic Director Blake Muller about the 23-24 Sports Seasons, the 24-25 sports seasons, and the Summer Sports Camps that get underway next week at HHS.
There's a sports camp for every kid this summer at Holland Public Schools.

Alba jumped a personal record of 5'3'' and took 5th place in the High Jump at the State Track and Field meet!
Also setting personal records at the meet:
- Senior Madalyn Daniels ran a PR of 26.19 in the 200m Prelims.
- Freshman Miona Rodgers ran a PR of 26.33 in the 200m Prelims.
The boys track team competed at the West Michigan regional meet and came away with the Regional Championship first place trophy over 33 other teams.
