West School Supply Suggested Shopping List

T-K and Kindergarten Supply List

  • 1 large backpack (please label with your child’s name)

  • Extra clothing stored in a bag that can be kept at school

  • Spill-proof water bottle with a pop-top style lid (please label water bottle)

  • 2 boxes of 24 Crayola crayons

  • 1 5x8 plastic school supply box

  • 6 Elmer’s small glue sticks

  • 4-6 black Expo dry erase markers (odorless is preferred)

  • 1 (8 count) package of Crayola broad line washable markers

  • 1 box of pencils (only the yellow ones - No fancy pencils please) 

  • Headphones

Classroom Wish List (always needed):

  • Kleenex - we need lots of these

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Clorox brand wipes to clean tables

  • Glue sticks (we use lots of these)

  • Large erasers

  • Box of band aids

  • Ziploc sandwich baggies

  • Ziploc gallon baggies

  • Extra black Expo dry erase markers

  • Individually packaged non-sugar snack donations (goldfish, animal crackers, graham crackers, pretzels, etc)

First Grade Supply List

Please provide the following supplies for your child:

  • 1 backpack

  • 1 pair of gym shoes

  • Reusable water bottle with a pop-top style lid

  • 1 standard size plastic pencil box

  • 1 wide ruled spiral notebook

  • 6-12 #2 pencils

  • Pencil cap erasers or big erasers

  • 1-2 boxes of crayons (24 count each)

  • 2 large glue sticks

  • 6-8 black or blue Expo dry erase markers (low odor)

  • Child-sized scissors

Classroom Wish List:

  • Ziploc baggies (gallon and sandwich sizes)

  • Hand sanitizer

Second Grade Supply List

  • 1 pack of colored pencils (12 count or more)

  • 1 pack of markers (8-12 pack)

  • 8-10 fine tip (skinny) black dry erase markers

  • Pencil cap erasers (1 pack)

  • 12 new #2 pencils

  • 1 large eraser

  • 2 Composition Notebooks (usually 50¢ in the summer) 

  • Scissors

  • 3 ring binder dividers, 5 tabs

  • Protractor, small (3” wide is easier to use)
