Notice of Board Committee Meetings

NOTICE OF 2025 BOARD COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Please take notice of a Board committee meeting as follows:

Executive Committee: Executive Committee meetings are scheduled monthly on the first (full week) Tuesday (*Except April due to Spring Break) of each month at 5:00 p.m., following the Teaching for Learning and Finance and Property Committee meetings held on Monday & Tuesday. Meetings are held in the District Administration Building, Board Training Room, 320 W. 24th Street and are scheduled as follows: Jan no mtg, Feb 4, March 4, April 15*, May 6, June 3, July 8, Aug 5, Sept 2, Oct 7, Nov 4, & Dec 2. 

Teaching for Learning Committee: Teaching for Learning Committee will meet on the first Monday (*Exceptions April due to Spring Break and September due to the Labor Day holiday) of the month at 8:00 a.m. Meetings are held in the District Administration Building, Board Training Room, 320 W. 24th Street, and are scheduled as follows: Jan no mtg, Feb 3, March 3, April 14*, May 5, June 2, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 2, Oct 6, Nov 3, & Dec 1. 

Finance and Property Committee: The Finance and Property Committee will meet on the first (full week) Tuesday (*Except April due to Spring Break) of the month at 4:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the District Administration Building, Board Training Room, 320 W. 24th Street and are scheduled as follows: Jan no mtg, Feb 4, March 4, April 15*, May 6, June 3, July 8, Aug 5, Sept 2, Oct 7, Nov 4, & Dec 2.

Meetings are set at our annual organizational meeting in January and are subject to change with notice posted online and at our District Administration Office.

Meetings are open to the public.
