HEC Students Complete 13th Year!

15 Holland Early College Students collectively earned 860 college credits, an average of 57 credits each. 

  • 8 HEC students earned their full Associates Degree!

7 students were non-degree seeking and completed transfer credits, continuing their studies at Davenport University, Hope College, Michigan Technological University, Concordia University, and others entering the workforce.

Holland Public Schools is proud to offer two Early College options at Holland High, one through Davenport University and another through Hope College. 

  • Our Davenport University program provides both transfer credit and the opportunity to earn Associate’s degrees in Business, Healthcare, and Technology. 
  • Through our Hope College partnership, students engage in a teacher preparation pathway and complete the first two years of a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
