Information
Be Nice. Week: This Friday night, the women's and men's varsity basketball games are Be Nice. games. Come out and find out more about Be Nice. The third part of the be nice action plan is CHALLENGE. Challenge the stigma surrounding mental health. Stigma is #1 reason people don’t speak up or seek help when they are struggling. For example, calling someone “weak” for going to counseling or joking about mental illness can make others afraid to ask for support. When we challenge these comments and attitudes, we help create a safer environment where people feel accepted, understood, and more willing to reach out for help- something that can truly save lives.
Cooking Club: Cooking Club's first meeting of the semester is Tuesday, January 20th, in the food room B1208 from 3-5 pm. Join the Google Classroom here for important updates: ojtyez5g

Word of the Day
To delegate something (such as control, responsibility, authority, or a job or duty) is to trust someone else with it.
Those tasks can be delegated to someone else.
